  • The data on the website is provided by you proactively, and in certain cases, data may be collected automatically. Some of the collected data includes information that can be reasonably used to identify you, including your first and last name, residential and/or email address, your phone number, location, and more (“Personal Information”). It is clarified that Babcom Centers, and anyone on its behalf, shall bear no liability whatsoever in connection with such information or content.

Use of information provided as part of job applications

  • Personal information provided by you through the website or by other means (such as email, social networks, and within the framework of a “friend-brings-a-friend” referral program) as part of submitting a job application (“Candidate Information”), is required for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for the requested positions. Although providing personal information about you depends on your free will and consent and there is no legal obligation to provide it, your choice not to provide the information will result in us being unable to evaluate your suitability for said positions. The service, insofar as it is provided to you, will be based on the information you have provided and/or that will be collected about you, which will be retained in a database controlled by Babcom Centers in accordance with the requirements of the law, Babcom Centers’ procedures, and the provisions of the Regulations.
  • Babcom Centers shall be entitled to use the Candidate Information for the following purposes: (1) For the purpose of managing the evaluation of your candidacy and your recruitment process, as well as for making decisions regarding you, whether in a human or automated manner; (2) For the purpose of contacting you regarding the requested positions or other relevant positions; (3) For the purpose of streamlining the recruitment and employment processes at Babcom Centers, analyzing trends and processes, research and statistics, including by using the personal information for the purpose of producing anonymous information; (4) For its administrative, business, and commercial purposes; (5) For the purpose of offering job offers and/or courses, by any means of contact whatsoever, including by mail, telephone (including SMS, WhatsApp), social networks, or email.
  • Babcom Centers may transfer the your personal information to the following third parties: (1) To companies included in the Babcom Centers group; (2) To companies providing us with services related to the screening and recruitment process, such as external screening and evaluation institutes, for the purpose of assisting in the process of evaluating your suitability for the position, as well as to other required service providers, such as hosting services and computer systems management; (3) To Babcom Centers’ clients for the purpose of evaluating the employee’s suitability to provide services to the client and placing them at the client’s facilities, as required; (4) In any case where there is a legal obligation to disclose the information to third parties or competent authorities, or in the event of urgent circumstances requiring it, including for reasons of protecting public safety, your own safety, or Babcom Centers’ assets; (5) In the event of a legal proceeding concerning your employment at Babcom Centers, your non-employment, the termination of your employment, your hiring process, or any similar proceeding; (6) In the event of a transfer of Babcom Centers’ shares, its assets, or any part thereof, including in a sale or merger process and/or the transfer or assignment of Babcom Centers’ operations/assets or any part thereof to any third party, within the framework of conducting business negotiations, including insofar as the transfer of information is necessary for this purpose, provided that said third party accepts upon itself the provisions of these Regulations regarding Candidate Information and protects the rights detailed herein.
  • Babcom Centers shall be entitled to retain Candidate Information for a period extending beyond what is required to fill the position originally applied for, and to leverage this data to present you with alternative suitable job opportunities in the future. If you request not to be included in direct mailing lists and/or that Candidate Information not be transferred to third parties as detailed above, you must submit this request to us via email or registered mail, using the contact details provided on the website.
  • Please note that we may enable you to submit personal information using third-party tools, such as LinkedIn, and we may contact third parties to obtain further relevant information about you, including social media activity and other publicly available sources. The use of such third-party tools may be subject to your consent to their privacy policies, for which we assume no responsibility or liability.

International transfers of personal information

Insofar as we transfer personal information outside of Israel, it is conducted in strict compliance with applicable privacy laws governing the collection, use, and retention of personal data.
